Pole Dancing Class
4 classes $120 (once a week Friday nights)
All classes are an hour and 30 mins. No pole sharing. You will learn a fun warm up, get easy to follow instruction, flow time and a full stretch cool down.  In level one you will learn over 25 moves starting with "getting to know your pole" and slowly taking flight with moves like the "Fireman". You will build muscle with the "Pixi" and work your inner goddess with the "Slow Backslide"

Weekend Fun Levels One and Two
4 classes $120 (Sundays only)
