Level 2 is starting soon! Sunday April 5th @ 4:30pm. Wanna do some really fun moves? Come to Crystal Pool for Level 2 Pole work!

Bad news, T2F studio was closed down. So there will no longer be classes in Langford. All classes will be held at Crystal Pool Rec Center in Victoria BC.

      Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great Christmas and a fun New Year. 
Its time to do the one thing you put off doing in 08, right!  Well how about you have fun, stay fit and get sexy this year!  Now is your chance, have you ever wanted to try pole dancing? You've seen it on TV by now, its all over the place but you still couldn't get yourself to go.  On Jan 17th we will be having a free pole dancing class, just so you can come out and give it a try, bring a friend and I know you will have a blast!
      There are new classes scheduled and no reason for you not to have some new fun!!!

   Well here we are, summer has been really good! Took some time off and now I'm soooo ready to get back to the pole!
Take next month to get yourself ready for Oct 1st!!! THAT'S RIGHT, classes will be starting up again and they will be better then ever.  The new studio is T2F Fitness Studio run by my close friend Jackie Taylor, I'm very excited for her and myself, the space is HUGE and beautiful!
Its located in Langford above the Canadian Springs building, drive by and look up, WOW its all windows, awesome!
