Classes
This is where we all start out. This class must be done by all students enrolled in any class. It focuses on walking, spins, foot/floor work and various grips required for other moves on the pole. This class is a great work out and targets every muscle area.
In Level one pole dancing we will be learning a lot of very basic moves that will let you get to know the pole and what it's like to hold your weight on the pole. You will be starting to go airborne and doing some fun beginner moves after competing a flow test.
Once you have completed level one you have the choice of moving onto level two for a bigger challenge and really start to build some muscle and burn those calories or you may be comfortable with taking level one again with some friends or take it with new people.
This class focuses on getting your heart rate up to burn calories and to get your muscles all nice and toned! This is achieved through routines and combos. Working all areas of the body. This class is recommended for those wanting to to achieve more advanced moves.
This class isn't for the faint of heart! As the name suggests, go big or go home! Inverts, Fancy Spins, and anything else fancy on the pole! All students are required to go through level one.
